This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion to the Senior Leadership Team, and therefore represents an exciting opportunity to join the school mid-year. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3,4 and 5, ignite a passion for performance and creativity, and contribute to a culture of excellence and expression. Drama is a valued subject at The Streetly Academy, with strong senior leadership support and excellent outcomes at GCSE and A Level At Key Stage 3, Drama is taught for one lesson per week, providing students with a broad and engaging foundation. At Key Stage 4 and 5, students follow the OCR GCSE/A Level Drama specification. Experience of teaching OCR is desirable but not essential; however, a working knowledge of the specification would be advantageous.
