Job Title: Digital Designer & Developer
Location: Essex
Salary: £25,000–£34,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
This is a hybrid design and development role suited to a junior or midweight digital creative who enjoys both the visual and technical side of building digital experiences.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team environment where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and develop your skillset across a variety of client work.
Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging, high-quality websites and digital experiences across desktop and mobile
* Build responsive websites (e.g. using Webflow or similar platforms)
* Collaborate on branding, creative direction, and UI/UX improvements
* Manage your own workload and deliver projects to deadlines
* Make basic HTML/CSS updates and support responsive design implementation
* Support wider digital activity such as SEO, PPC, or performance optimisation when required
Requirements
* Experience designing and building websites
* Strong visual design skills, with a clean and modern aesthetic
* Familiarity with tools such as Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confident communication skills, including client interaction
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to commute to the office in Essex
* Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
