AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

AWS Enterprise Support provides customers with a dedicated, 24/7 technical support channel staffed by experienced engineers; it offers architecture reviews, operations support, and administrative/billing support through a Support Concierge. These services are vital for running mission-critical workloads on AWS, serving large enterprises, public sector, and fast-growing internet companies. AWS Support operates as a standalone business with revenue and P&L responsibility.
As a Premium Support Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive the go-to-market strategy for AWS Premium Support offerings, focusing on increasing adoption of paid support solutions while maintaining target margins. Your role includes enabling, executing, and promoting the adoption of Media Support Solution (MSS) for media streaming workloads, and expanding Incident Detection and Response (IDR) and Countdown Premium (CDP) for non-media workloads. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, identify obstacles, and refine AWS’s support value proposition. You will also work with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop customer-facing collateral, pilot new offerings, and support business development efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
• Customer & Market Engagement: Understand customer pain points and measure value in adopting support services.
• Solution Adoption & Expansion: Lead the enablement and go-to-market strategies for MSS, IDR, and CDP.
• Data-Driven Strategy & ROI Analysis: Analyze drivers of adoption, quantify impact, and estimate ROI.
• Commercial Innovation & Experimentation: Design experiments, refine support offerings, and develop new pricing strategies.
• Field & Partner Enablement: Develop sales collateral, training programs, and collaborate with partners.
• Sales & Business Development Execution: Support deal execution and provide insights through business reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 6+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
* 6+ years of professional or military experience
* 6+ years in roles focused on organizational strategies
* Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with GTM strategies for cloud-based media solutions, including AWS Media Services or third-party media ecosystems, demonstrating business value and ROI
* Experience interpreting data for business recommendations
* Experience negotiating complex legal agreements
* Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing cross-functional programs
