Overview
Administrator – Wakefield, West Yorkshire (WF1 5PE). Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week). Up to £26k plus Flexible Benefits. Based at our Wakefield office, the role supports the Civils Project Manager and Streetworks Manager.

Responsibilities
* Raising all permits required for works
* Requesting safe dig packs and uploading them onto the system
* Collating the work packs for the civils teams and ensuring everything is on the system at least 48 hours before the work is due to start
* Maintaining the civils program and ensuring the teams are booked to maximum capacity
* Checking and approving paperwork upon completion of works to ensure billing is maximised
* Maintain records, manage payments/POs, update CRM and databases, and create job packs for field teams
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines under pressure; capable of managing fines, charges, and compliance issues to ensure the best possible outcome for the business
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
* Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a busy environment
