Hours and Rota: 17 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 2 night shifts out of 7, between 10/10.30 pm and 7/7.30 am. This is a weekend role working Friday and Saturday.
Salary: £12,499 - £13,260 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
The role

From responding to emergencies, handling disputes, and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Safety Team Member, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives through meaningful interactions.
What you'll be doing as a Safety Team Member:
* Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
* Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
* Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
* Providing outstanding customer service to our students
* Reporting incidents electronically
