Key Responsibilities
* Process and record securities transactions, including trades, transfers, and settlements
* Maintain accurate client account records and update databases and filing systems
* Prepare and review trade confirmations, statements, and related documentation
* Assist brokers with daily administrative tasks and transaction support
* Communicate with clients regarding account information, documentation, and routine inquiries
* Monitor transaction details to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
* Coordinate with clearing firms, banks, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
* Handle confidential financial information with discretion and accuracy
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred)
* Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial recordkeeping systems
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Preferred Skills
* Prior experience in a brokerage, banking, or financial services environment
* Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
