Milk Education are recruiting for a SEN TA/LSA – Barnet to support pupils in a friendly and inclusive primary school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
The SEN TA/LSA – Barnet role involves working closely with pupils who have SEN and SEMH needs, offering tailored support to help them engage positively with learning. You will gain first-hand experience in Education and Training, particularly around inclusion, SEN provision, and classroom support.
As a SEN TA/LSA – Barnet, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and academic progress. The school is committed to staff development and provides structured Education and Training, ensuring you feel confident and supported in your role.
This SEN TA/LSA – Barnet position is ideal for candidates seeking meaningful experience within Education and Training, especially those considering future careers in teaching or SEN services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting pupils with SEN within the classroom
2. Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
3. Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
4. Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
