The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee daily operations and manage business aspects of the track. Your responsibilities include managing operational procedures, supporting departmental heads, and striving for operational excellence to meet KPIs. You will coach and develop team members and help position the business as a great place to work.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a leader ready to take charge, with a background in leisure and F&B, potentially with multisite operations experience. Your main focus will be running smooth track operations, exceeding KPIs, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Support Structure:
You will be supported by a Regional Manager and a Regional Operations Director.
About You:
You are a motivating leader with strong communication skills and adaptable leadership style. Flexibility is key, as our operation runs 7 days a week. You excel at influencing, collaborating, and organizing proactively. Promoting equality, diversity, and an inclusive environment comes naturally. You also possess knowledge of Health and Safety, Food, and Consumer legislation.
Your Duties:
* Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs, including wage ratio and financial targets.
* Foster inter-departmental collaboration to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
* Maintain smooth operations, ensuring top service and safety in line with SOPs.
* Manage departmental budgets to control costs and maximize profits.
* Identify new revenue opportunities to enhance profitability.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, Health and Safety standards, and relevant legislation to mitigate risks.
* Oversee accident prevention and maintain consistency across all areas.
* Develop a strong people management culture through recruitment, performance management, training, and talent development.
