Position: General Manager - Precision Engineering
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.
General Manager Position Overview
* Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring department are aligned and working effectively
* Identifying opportunity to continuous improvements and ensuring health & safety ad quality standards are upheld
* Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships & help resolve customer issues
General Manager Position Requirements
* Proven Management experience within a Manufacturing environment, ideally Precision Engineering.
* Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
* Commercial awareness and customer-focused
* A knowledge of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing best practices
* Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent
