About the role:

We’re looking for a Social First Creative Lead to oversee social output, ensuring everything we produce is platform-first, culturally relevant, and creatively excellent. You’ll lead campaign ideation and guide BAU and reactive content, setting the creative standard and shaping how we work across the account.

The job 💻

* Oversee social content across the account, making sure it feels right for each platform, taps into culture, and meets a high creative standard

* Provide oversight and hands-on support across BAU and reactive content, working closely with the Social Creative, Junior Social Creative, and Content Creator to shape, improve, and elevate ideas

* Lead campaign ideation across masterbrand, partnerships/rewards, and proactive moments, taking ideas from early concepts through to delivery

* Work closely with the Senior Strategist, Lead Producer, and SAD as a creative partner, helping collaboration run smoothly and ensuring consistent output

* Regularly review performance and learnings, using insights to improve creative work, ways of working, and future ideas

What we are looking for 👀

* Social-First Agency experience in a senior creative role (Senior Social Creative or above), with hands-on experience in reactive, LoFi social content.

* Well-versed in the latest social trends, platforms, and cultural moments—knows what works and why.

* Confident in your ideas—conceptually strong and opinionated, but open to collaboration.

* Approachable and proactive in mentoring junior team members, helping them level up.

* Calm under pressure and ready to handle tricky situations without breaking a sweat.

* Passionate about high-quality creative, but flexible enough to adapt to fast-moving business needs.

* Builds and maintains positive relationships across the team and with clients
