Location: BS10 7SDRate of pay: £38,000 per annumWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, 08:00am- 4pm, predominately Monday-Friday, but will be managing team over 7 days operation, occasional weekend shifts may be required, flexibility is required Key Responsibilities:To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers You will be responsible for a small team of 11Responsible for HSEFS including records and training of on-site teamPride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardDaily System bookwork and stock take recordingProvide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene trainingManaging daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety Our Ideal Candidate:At least 2 years\' experience in a Chef Manager role in Contract Catering is highly desirableSomeone who is commercially savvyBe strong leader to manage the teamExcellent client relationship managementWhat\'s in it for you?
