RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic SME in Wilmslow who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely business who rarely recruit. You will work closely with and report into the Finance Manager and join a stable and friendly team.

Role Responsibilities
* Purchase ledger, process supplier invoices and payment and ensure accurate records
* Sales ledger, manage customer invoicing, payments and account reconciliations
* Credit control, chasing outstanding payments, build and maintain customer relationships
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Analysis and process credit cards and petty cash
* Manage and ensure all staff expense claims are correct and paid on time
* To support the Finance Manager with any adhoc or accounts admin as required
Person Specification
* At least 5+ years' experience working within an all-around accounts role
* AAT level 3 or 4 would be desirable and study support can be considered to complete AAT
* Strong IT and systems experience, experience with accounting software and MS Excel
