Our client is a leading rural consultancy within a major international real estate group, seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their Stamford office. Position Overview
You'll act as the principal agent for key estate management clients, conducting comprehensive estate and farming business reviews, managing diversification projects, and leading strategic land promotion initiatives. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills whilst maintaining strong client relationships and delivering professional valuations for secured lending.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing surveying team
* Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
* Conduct estate and farming business reviews
* Handle diversification and strategic land promotion projects
* Perform professional valuations for secured lending purposes
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Deliver technical excellence across all assignments
Requirements
* MRICS qualification in rural surveying
* Proven experience in team leadership and management
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Minimum GCSE-level education
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Experience managing diverse projects across rural estates
