Building Services Account Manager
Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management for a single contract in Central London. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000, along with bonuses, pension, and development opportunities.
Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. Due to internal restructuring, they seek an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Director to oversee a prestigious commercial account in Central London. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities support, and liaising with on-site clients.
Requirements include at least five years of managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, experience with Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients, and leadership skills. Desirable qualifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, among others.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of 25 staff
* Budget management with a P&L of approximately £2.5 million
* Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
* Engaging with stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance through auditing
* Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
* Reducing WIP
* Identifying project opportunities
* Succession planning
