Key responsibilities:
* A positive, approachable ‘can-do’ attitude is a MUST
* Confidently and efficiently run a section to a high standard
* Adhere to company food hygiene standards
* Follow company health & safety standards as outlined in the staff handbook
* Comply with company food specifications
* Be competent in COSHH & HACCP protocols
* Work closely with commis chefs, assisting in their training
* Contribute ideas for new menu items and daily specials from your section
About you:
* Have a progressive background with longevity in your previous roles
* Be ambitious with a desire to push your capabilities
* You're a competent CDP or experienced commis chef ready to advance your career
* Confident in managing your section and eager to learn all sections of the kitchen
* Approachable, calm under pressure, and willing to support your kitchen team
* Career-driven, ambitious, and passionate about all things food
