* Enhanced maternity and paternity, including shared parental leave and adoption leave
* Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge and extensive experience in offshore financial services, including products, regulatory environments, risk mitigation and corporate governance, with an awareness of cross‑jurisdictional cultural differences.
* Professional qualifications and commitment to development, including membership of a relevant financial institute and evidence of ongoing CPD.
* Proven leadership ability with effective influencing skills, strong team‑building capability, and experience recruiting and developing high‑calibre talent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication, strong listening skills and the ability to make sound, decisive judgments.
* Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service, collaboration, and working closely with regulators to maintain high standards of compliance and delivery.
