We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead a compliance department and ensure our business meets industry regulations and best practices. You must have a background working in either construction/retrofit and have experience dealing with accreditations such as CHAS, Achilles, ISO9001 and 45001. Experience with PAS2035 would be beneficial but not essential Key Responsibilities * Accreditation Management: Oversee accreditation renewals, ensuring timely preparation and liaising with auditors. * Policy & Procedure Development: Work with the management team to update and review policies and procedures regularly. * Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure business procedures are followed and identify process improvements. * Supply Chain Compliance: Ensure subcontractors are fully onboarded before starting work and regularly review the supply chain to maintain compliance standards. * Regulation Monitoring: Stay up to date with regulatory changes (e.g. building regulations) and collaborate with senior management to update company policies. * Employee Education: Train employees on relevant regulations to enhance understanding and compliance with company policies. * GDPR Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to GDPR regulations and manage Subject Access Requests (SARs) when required.
