LOCATION: Burton-On-Trent, DE13 8BU

HOURS: 24 per week

SALARY: £12.58 per hour

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a shift basis with a flexible pattern and a range of benefits. This role offers opportunities for growth and success.

Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Check guests in and out of the accommodation, handle queries, complaints and requests, and process payments where appropriate
* Answer the switchboard in a timely and professional manner
* General administrative duties and daily banking
* Be the first point of contact for all guests and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
* General ad hoc duties as requested by managers


Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Must be computer literate

The role requires the successful candidate to work 24 hours per week, as per the departmental rota, including weekend and Bank Holiday work on a shift/rota basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
