We are looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Head of Corporate Sales to scale our delegate engagement and corporate solutions. This is a senior management role with high visibility and high impact, focused on building long term, strategic partnerships across key verticals such as sustainability, technology, finance, supply chain and more.
In addition to driving delegate sales, you will play a key role in positioning BizClik Media as a turnkey partner for companies to host and build their own branded events, leveraging our platforms, content teams, production expertise and marketing reach.
Job Requirements

In addition to driving delegate sales, you will play a key role in positioning BizClik Media as a turnkey partner for companies to host and build their own branded events, leveraging our platforms, content teams, production expertise and marketing reach.
Job Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership and Strategy
* Define and lead the corporate sales and delegate engagement strategy aligned to BizClik’s 2026 commercial vision
* Build, mentor and manage a high performing team to drive revenue across global events and new commercial services
* Use audience insights, CRM data and market trends to refine targeting by industry, region and seniority
* Corporate delegate engagement with purpose
* Articulate the value of attending BizClik events, not just as delegates, but as brand storytellers and thought leaders
* Educate companies on how our platforms (content hubs, PR opportunities, editorial access) provide long term value
* Sell strategic visibility solutions that support recruitment, branding, innovation and ESG positioning
* Branded event solutions
* Drive adoption of BizClik’s custom event service offering, positioning us as the delivery partner for bespoke events
* Guide companies on how to host their own summits, showcases, roundtables or leadership forums using our infrastructure
* Collaborate with internal teams to scope, quote and activate events with full production and promotional support
* Upsell content, design, editorial and video services as part of turnkey event packages
* Enterprise Relationship Management
* Engage directly with HR, Employer Brand, Marketing and C-suite leaders to understand their long term goals
* Build trust through solution selling and strategic account development
* Ensure recurring engagement through events, media, editorial and sponsorship channels
* Success Metrics
* Revenue growth in delegate sales and corporate packages
* Expansion of industry aligned delegate cohorts and branded event clients
* Increased conversion of delegates into multi touchpoint partnerships
* Client retention and satisfaction with event outcomes and brand integration
* Elevated perception of BizClik as a strategic media + event execution partner
* Ideal Candidate Profile
* Senior-level experience in B2B sales across events
* Proven ability to lead and scale commercial teams in a fast paced environment
* Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable speaking to C-level executives
* Understanding of employer branding, marketing funnels and the power of media + events integration
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, delivery and long-term relationships
* Confident in pitching new offerings and co-building commercial models with clients
