Job Summary
Field Sales Executive – Acosta Europe (Heineken). Location: Leeds and surrounding areas. Salary: £26,000 + 10% performance bonus. Contract: Permanent & full-time. Company vehicle, fuel card, and technology provided.
Responsibilities
* Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory.
* Build positive relationships with store managers and teams.
* Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
* Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly.
* Spot sales opportunities and improve in-store performance.
* Represent Acosta and Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Naturally influential with commercial instincts.
* Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
* Confident in talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
* Organised, self‑motivated and enjoy working independently.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not required.
