* Qualified Mechanical Fitter with hands-on experience
* Competent in repairs on pumps, valves, pipework, and heavy machinery
* Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety rules
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
* Strong communicator, confident liaising with the maintenance team
* Willingness to work overtime when needed
* Safety Passport (desirable - training can be provided)
