The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with teaching KS1 and KS2 and be comfortable at the front of the classroom. The ideal candidate should be passionate about what they do. The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified teacher (or hold an equivalent teaching qualification). Deliver consistently strong teaching within their subject area. Support the needs of all learners, including SEND, pupil premium, looked‑after children and high attainers.
