Job Title:Learning Platform & Governance Specialist FTC

Contract Type:Fixed-Term Contract(6-12 months)

Reports to:Global Head of Digital Learning and Talent Solutions

Location:Manchester, Leeds, or London(hybrid with home-based working focus)

As aLearning Platform & Governance Specialist,you’llplay a key role in helping shape how learning is delivered across Bupa globally.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile transformation programme, working with stakeholders across multiple markets to design, implement and embed consistent ways of working.You’llgain exposure to global platform design, governance frameworks, and digital learning innovation—all while making a meaningful impact on howcolleaguesaccess and experience learning.

As aLearning Platform & Governance Specialist,you’llsupport the design, governance and implementation of our new learning platform while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

As aLearning Platform & Governance Specialist,you’ll:

1. Supporting the design and development of learning use cases within the platform.

2. Translating business needs into clear, practical platform requirements.

3. Working with subject matter experts to shape platform functionality and user experience.

4. Supporting testing,validationand refinement of platform design.

5. Contributing to the development of governance frameworks, including processes and standards.

6. Helping define and document ways of working across content,permissionsand support models.

7. Engaging with stakeholders across global teams to gather requirements and feedback.

8. Supporting workshops and collaborative sessions to shape solutions.

9. Identifying and highlighting risks or considerations within the programme.

10. Supporting migration activities, including testing and validation of outputs.

Whatwe’relooking for

We’relooking for someone who combines strong collaboration skills with an interest in digital learning platforms and governance.

You’llbring

11. Experience working with learning platforms (e.g. LMS or LXP systems), ideally Cornerstone orDocebo.

12. An understanding of learning operations or L&D processes.

13. Experience working in a global or matrix environment (or exposure to this).

14. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

15. The ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

16. A structured and organised approach to documenting processes and ways of working.

17. Exposure to governance frameworks or operating modelswould be desirable.
