Overview
Brooks Estates Ltd are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our team. The role focuses on providing a high level of management support to the leaseholders on the sites under our care, liaising with contractors, suppliers, freeholders and leaseholders, and ensuring maintenance and other service charge items are delivered to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years block management experience, must hold TPI qualification or equivalent, and possess excellent administrative and communication skills. A positive, adaptable, and flexible approach is key. Ongoing training and support will be provided to nurture and grow the skillset and knowledge associated with the role of block manager. The role will be based out of our Truro office, with a requirement to travel regularly within Cornwall and Devon. Therefore a full driving licence and flexibility are essential. Training on in-house systems will be provided, but experience and knowledge of block management are crucial to the role. The successful candidate will be walking into a busy role with further sites being onboarded throughout the remainder of the year.
