Front of House / Receptionist Central London
Were looking for a confident, professional, and people-focused Receptionist to join a vibrant, design-led workspace in Central London. As part of the front of house team, youll be the face of the brand, creating outstanding first and last impressions for our members and visitors every day.
As Receptionist, what youll do:
* Be the welcoming front of house presence, delivering 5* customer service at every touchpoint
* Manage the reception desk and smooth move-in/move-out processes
* Ensure the team anticipates and exceeds member needs
* Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance the member experience
* Support internal teams to keep operations running seamlessly
* Assist with events, including set-up, breakdown, and catering
* Help promote additional member services
Who were looking for:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in a 5* Receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or front of house environment
2. Exceptional personality friendly, empathetic, and professional
3. Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
