Join Our Team as an Admin Team Leader!

At Turning Point, we are dedicated to supporting individuals across the UK in overcoming substance use challenges. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Admin Team Leader at our new office in North East Lincolnshire, Grimsby.

Our North East Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership (NELRP) offers free and confidential support for adults and young people dealing with drug and alcohol use. We pride ourselves on providing a seamless service, ensuring that those we support don’t have to navigate the system alone.

Your leadership and administrative skills can truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve!

As a Team Leader, you will work alongside the Deputy Operations Manager to ensure our services are delivered to the highest standards, grounded in person-centred values and a commitment to recovery-focused support. You will lead a team that is ambitious not only for the recovery journeys of our clients but also for the professional growth of every team member.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Admin Team Leader, you will:

* Manage, lead, and support the admin team to deliver excellence in all aspects of our administration services.
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Supervise an admin team across the county, overseeing local finance and allocated budgets.
* Ensure accurate and timely printing of prescriptions and clinic bookings.
* Embed Turning Point’s vision and values within the team.
* Work with local partners and stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a proven track record in leading and supporting a team.
* Possesses experience in delivering supervision and appraisals.
* Has a background in clinical administration, ideally with experience in prescription management within the substance use field.
* Exhibits first-class communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Is adaptable and can remain calm in high-pressure environments.
* Holds a full driving license and has access to a car.
* Desirable: Previous management experience or a management qualification.

You will receive extensive training to develop your skills, as we foster a learning culture that keeps everyone updated on the latest developments in the field and drives service improvement.
