As a New Business Developer at PIB, you’ll uncover and qualify quality leads, open doors with decision-makers and create the first impression that sets us apart - with clear targets, strong support and real scope to grow your sales career. What you’ll be doing: Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations. Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities. Maintain accurate, up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems. Produce and manage diaries, record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment. Top-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.
