Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEND.
Support teachers in delivering tailored learning plans for SEND students.
Assist with classroom management and promote a positive learning environment.
Encourage and support students' independence and social development.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to supporting the learning and development of children with SEND.
Relevant qualifications () are an advantage.
