As an experienced dam and reservoir water management practitioner, you will be an integral part of our Water Catchment Management team, helping drive our extensive programme of high profile projects across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
* Application of dam engineering in the delivery of appraisal and design of solutions.
* Pre‑feasibility through to detailed design of a range of reservoir engineering schemes.
* Leading and mentoring colleagues and peers through their technical and professional development.
* Bringing together ideas and expertise from multi‑disciplinary teams to identify and develop sustainable solutions.
* Supporting strong ongoing client relationships, whilst contributing to a collaborative delivery approach.
* Work to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in dam and reservoir engineering.
* Ambition to become a Supervising Engineer under the Reservoirs Act 1975.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Motivated to deliver high quality products to programme.
* Commitment to professional and personal development of self and others.
* Chartered with the Institution of Civil Engineers or working at a chartered level.
