Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on a Part Time, permanent basis. Part Time – 25 hours a week (over 4 to 5 days, to be arranged) Salary up to £18,000 a year (up to £13.85 an hour) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: * You must have experience of working at a Manufacturing or Construction materials business in an Administrative or Customer Services position (both office and phone based work). * Excellent knowledge of Excel with good working knowledge of all other Microsoft systems. * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and complete within the required timescales. * Be able to work flexibly on own or as part of a team. Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the administration of all areas within the commercial team. * You will carry out your duties in an efficient and effective manner and ensure that the aims of the business are met in accordance with agreed objectives, standards and practices. * Assisting with the complaints and query process, ensuring complaints are logged, appropriately dealt with and escalated where necessary. * Answering incoming phone calls as required, ensuring excellent customer service, support and contact at all times. * Any other ad-hoc duties demanded by the job role and as requested by your line manager as and when required.
