Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Drive sales performance and deliver area‑wide KPIs and commercial objectives
* Ensure visual merchandising is consistently aligned with the brand’s fashion‑forward identity
* Recruit, train and develop high‑performing managers and future talent
* Act as the link between Head Office and stores, ensuring clear communication and alignment to brand strategy
* Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and consistently high standards across all locations
About You
* Proven Area Manager experience within fashion (or premium retail such as beauty, accessories, jewellery)
