Your tasks
* Knowledge of business, processes amp; interdependencies, possible ways to influence respective KPIs. Active contribution to optimize them with the goal to increase efficiency, effectiveness amp; quality within Brose Group.
* Analysis of monthly variances (Actual vs. Forecast/Budget) and preparation of comments (aligned with head of controlling and areas). Incorporating recommendation for profit improvements and identification of counter measures in case of deviation to plan.
* Preparation of documents for the project based short-, mid- and long-term Profit amp; Loss statement (Actual/ Forecast/Budget) in alignment with plant amp; group objectives.
* Ensuring transparency by setting clear cost centre structure, correct (overhead) allocation, segment reporting/ forecasting/ planning amp; calculation of correct hourly rates.
* Ensuring reasonable plant investment reporting/ forecasting/ planning.
* Comply Preparation amp; analysis of plant calculations incl. initiation amp; follow up of measures (RACE) and Support of benchmark activities.
Your Profile
* ACCA, CIMA, Bachelor's Degree in Economics or equivalent.
* 3 to 5 years of similar experience.
* Knowledge of Finance amp; Controlling (Management Accounting).
* Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems).
* Be able to multitask and support other departments.
* Be able to use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
* Good communications skills.
