I am working with a Housing Association based in the North West to recruit for a Business Change Manager to help drive and shape change management across the organisation.
With your Business Analysis and Change Management experience you will have the freedom to shape processes, deliver best practices and drive cultural change in this forward-thinking Housing Association.
This is a brand new role into the organisation that offers the opportunity to build a new team, implement governance frameworks and influence how change is delivered across the business.
You’ll be leading and supporting a team of Business Analysts, helping them to drive forward with confidence and embrace new ways of working.
You will have the chance to define how the business work from project delivery through to post adoption benefits realisation. You’ll work closely with Stakeholders and Programme Leads to support 4 major programmes of work across Salesforce Projects, Lettings, Repairs and Process Improvements.
Your role will be key in influencing change readiness and building a strong agile team culture to drive innovation across the business.

The salary on offer is £49,500 with some great benefits.
