Supply Team Education are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to start work in a secondary school in Newport. This role will be full‑time (8.30am‑4.00pm) and will start immediately.
Responsibilities
* Making and receiving telephone calls in a helpful and professional manner;
* Directing enquiries to the appropriate person;
* Monitoring email accounts;
* Scheduling appointments;
* Contacting parents, carers and outside agencies as required;
* Maintaining attendance records;
* Providing general administrative support to the school staff;
* Using school systems for visitor‑sign‑in;
* Being aware of and complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
