You'll work closely with a Project Director to shape projects from concept to completion-bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring they meet the highest standards in design, compliance, and sustainability.Your day-to-day will include:
* Crafting innovative design concepts aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work
* Preparing planning applications, building regulations, and safety submissions
* Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Attending design reviews and coordination workshops
* Supporting risk management and document control processes
What You'll Bring
You're not just technically skilled-you're a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for great design.We're looking for someone who is:
* ARB registered with a strong design and technical portfolio
* Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital tools
* A confident communicator with excellent visualisation skills
* Commercially aware and knowledgeable in UK construction law
* Experienced with platforms like Newforma (a plus!)
