Role Overview
Responsible for the service schedule of Solar PV systems with assistance for the maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems ASHP, GSHP, MVHR & EAHP. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety
* Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients
* Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance
Skills & Experience
* Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, BPEC, or equivalent Electrical qualification (essential)
* Solar PV Installer Qualification (Level 3) (essential)
* Full valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience within social housing desirable
* Experience with heat pumps, district heating, or hybrid renewable systems
* Strong understanding of domestic hot water and low‑temperature heating systems
* Strong technical report writing and communication skills
