Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.
Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We aim to support based on the principles of choice, dignity, and respect. This is reflected in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and are proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or been shortlisted for numerous national and regional awards!
We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support. In return, we invest in pay, recognition, wellbeing, and continued professional and personal development. We provide all necessary training, support, and PPE, and support career development should you choose to grow with us.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual?
Would you love to support vulnerable adults to live their best lives?
If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We are currently recruiting bank Support Workers in Invergordon, where we support four adults to live independently in their own homes.
You will support these individuals in their daily lives, including social support, medication administration, and managing their homes. You will also help them do activities they love, such as cycling, swimming, bowling, gaming, listening to music, spending time with family, reading, and more.
The shift pattern is generally from 8 am to 9 pm, with some 2:1 support from Sunday to Friday, 11 am to 3 pm. Overnight support shifts from 9 pm to 8 am are also available.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving license as the supported individuals have a house vehicle.
