Overview
Wirral Council is committed to developing newly qualified social workers through the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme. In this role you will be supported to develop core skills working directly with children, young people and their families.
Responsibilities
* Work directly with children, young people and families to support their wellbeing and safety.
* Create child-centred, strengths-based plans alongside families, ensuring their voices and aspirations are central to practice.
* Apply the professional capabilities framework and participate in the ASYE learning programme.
* Engage in reflective supervision and receive professional support from ASYE coordinators and assessors.
