As CRM Manager, you will: CRM Strategy & Campaign Management – Develop and implement CRM plans to enhance donor engagement, optimise supporter journeys, and improve automation and tracking. Data-Driven Marketing & Fundraising – Utilise CRM data to support marketing and fundraising initiatives, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Fundraising, and Data & Analytics, to align CRM insights with organisational goals. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track and analyse CRM metrics, providing insights to improve donor retention, acquisition, and campaign effectiveness. CRM System Management & Compliance – Oversee CRM data processing, ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and manage relationships with CRM service providers. Leadership & Team Development – Manage and develop the CRM team, fostering a data-driven and supporter-focused culture within the organisation. We’re seeking someone with: CRM Marketing Expertise – Proven experience in CRM marketing and multi-channel campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and retention. Data Analysis & Reporting – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex CRM data, generate reports, and optimise marketing strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure CRM activities align with business objectives. Proficiency in CRM Systems & Data Management – Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or DotDigital, along with data management best practices. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry standards, ensuring CRM activities adhere to legal and ethical requirements. Fundraising & Donor Engagement Experience (Desirable) – Familiarity with donor engagement strategies, direct marketing planning, and fundraising principles.
