Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organised and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our Liverpool or Chester offices, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00. As with all client-led industries a degree of flexibility is required, which in relation to this role will specifically include supporting across both locations and supporting ad hoc client events, occasionally outside of core hours. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting with office-based facilities tasks as well as undertaking routine administrative tasks for our client-facing and fee-earning teams.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Greeting internal and external visitors with professionalism, courtesy and respect
2. Answering and transferring calls and, where appropriate, taking and sharing detailed messages
3. Setting up and clearing down meeting rooms, including any necessary technical equipment and the ordering and/or provision of refreshments, including checking any dietary requirements
4. Supporting the organisation of, and at, internal and external events diary management, to include booking meetings and liaising with clients
5. Providing support to our client-facing teams with the formatting of documents and the preparation of bills, letters and internal compliance procedures

8. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

11. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
12. GCSE English and Maths
13. Flexibility to work across both the Liverpool and Chester offices
