Position: Finance & Office Manager Salary: £28,500 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Benefits: Private Medical Insurance, Free Parking The role of Finance & Office Manager in the company is fundamental to the completion of all Finance and Administration functions, operational and management functions. The successful candidate would have at least 3 years experience in Sage Accounting and Payroll. To prepare, input and produce all financial information for the company in line with Legal and Company requirements to Management Accounts, Including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, VAT and Audit Preparation levels. To prepare, input and process all weekly, monthly and annual payroll functions within the company in line with Legal and Company requirements. To maintain all general administration including company policies and procedures in line with Legal, Quality and Company requirements. To carry out all Customer administration including the distribution of documentation, ordering of components and communicating schedules. To Maintain all Health and Safety policies, procedures and documentation for Director approval.
