Field Service Engineer Our client is evolving. The Role They're looking for an experienced Vending / Field Service Engineer to join their service team, supporting clients across South Wales and the West Country. You'll be responsible for keeping their customers' vending and coffee systems running smoothly - diagnosing, repairing, and optimising a wide variety of machines. This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the chance to work with leading brands and equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults on a range of vending and coffee systems, including: Electrical and water flow issues / Refrigeration (basic component repair; specialist work outsourced) / Espresso and ingredient performance issues Install, commission, and optimise coffee equipment for the best drink quality Support site moves, installations, and equipment upgrades Complete all service paperwork accurately and on time Identify and order correct parts following company SOPs Provide operator and customer training when required Deliver exceptional customer service and take ownership of each job Escalate recurring issues promptly within company procedures About You You'll be an experienced field engineer with hands-on exposure to vending and coffee equipment. You're self-motivated, customer-focused, and take pride in doing the job right first time. Requirements : Proven experience as a vending or coffee service engineer Manufacturer training (preferred) Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude Full UK driving licence Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently If you don't have experience as a vending or coffee service engineer, they would consider candidates with electrical experience who are interested in the position.
