Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Cold Store / Freezer team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role the smooth running of our multiple freezers. This position involves managing & rotating stock, replenishing, receiving deliveries, order picking and maintaining the overall presentation of the Freezer.
Duties
* Maintain an organised area.
* Load and unload merchandise as required, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
* Perform quality control checks on incoming stock to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Manage shipping and receiving processes, including accurate documentation of all transactions.
* Participate in picking and packing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Operate forklifts safely when necessary, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Engage in heavy lifting tasks as needed, demonstrating physical capability for the demands of the role.
Skills
* Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with familiarity in load unloading procedures. .
* Strong attention to detail for quality control processes and accurate order fulfilment.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork .
Hours
* Monday to Sunday Days off will be Saturday plus one day off in the week)
Job Type: Full-time
