Their diverse workforce helps better represent the communities they serve, and they invest in their team's professional and personal growth.\n\nThe Head of Property Services will:\n\nEnsure property services align with the company's care delivery model.\nLead and support the property service managers and help desk team.\nDrive compliance in Planned Preventative Maintenance and remedial service lines.\nOversee building compliance, maintenance, and asset management.\nManage an annual budget exceeding £20 million for cost- efficiency.\nMaintain and update property services policies and
