We're seeking an AVP Business Analyst to play a crucial role in delivering key projects and programs that address complex business challenges. As an AVP Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead analysis for key workstreams or small projects
* Capture and validate business and technical requirements
* Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
* Support agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
* Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in large-scale transformation projects within complex organisations
* Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
* Understanding of APIs, cloud-based applications, and data transfer
* Ability to present analysis findings and influence decisions
