A well-established business specialising in care home consumables is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative flair and a passion for digital engagement. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with hybrid working days.
Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Executive your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns.
* Optimise paid search (Google Ads), display, LinkedIn ads, and retargeting efforts.
* Create and distribute compelling content across relevant platforms.
* Improve organic search performance and website visibility.
* Enhance website UX/UI, loading speed, and SEO.
* Monitor site traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
* Design and manage email campaigns and automation workflows.
* Segment audiences and personalise messaging to boost engagement.
* Create and schedule content for LinkedIn.
* Grow the company's social media presence and follower base.
* Engage with audiences and manage interactions.
* Track key performance indicators and prepare weekly reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
* Use analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
* Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Purchasing.
* Liaise with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this position you should have:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* Previous experience of working within a digital marketing role.
* Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
* Experience with WordPress, email platforms, Mailchimp and marketing automation.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
