Project Manager – Renewable Energy Installations | London & South East | Up to £75,000
We’re working with a rapidly growing renewable energy specialist that’s looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex installation projects across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business at an exciting stage of growth, delivering high-value commercial and premium residential projects involving technologies such as heat pumps, solar PV, and mechanical ventilation systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered and have a real impact on the company’s operations as it scales.
The Role:
* Oversee renewable energy installation projects from initial planning through to completion.
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
* Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to maximise project success.
* Implement and improve project management processes to drive efficiency and quality.
* Monitor KPIs such as profitability, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.
* Conduct site visits and lead project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience (3+ years) managing projects in renewables, M&E, or a related sector.
* Strong understanding of renewable technologies and installation processes.
* Experience with commercial and/or high-value residential projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Solid financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Project management qualifications (PMP, Prince2) desirable.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East.
