An immediate requirement has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a static site in Marlow on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be electrically biased and confident leading site activities, while also being prepared to undertake other trade work when required.
The role will involve overseeing day to day maintenance operations, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, and ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting on site engineering activities
* Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
* Supporting other trade tasks when required
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
* Acting as a point of contact for site issues
Requirements:
* Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications
* Experience in a lead or senior engineer role preferred
* Willingness to undertake multi skilled trade work
* Previous experience in a commercial or FM environment
* Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
