What you’ll be doing
As a Mortgage Area Manager, you will:
1. Drive performance and service standards across nine branches
2. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Mortgage Consultants and leaders
3. Focus on retention, development, and career progression for the team
4. Conduct high‑quality T&C observations to support compliance and continual improvement
5. Identify and maximise regional opportunities for growth
6. Build strong partnerships with our Estate Agency network and senior leaders
What we’re looking for
7. Strong knowledge of mortgages, protection products, and related services
8. Proven leadership experience within Financial Services or Mortgage Services
9. Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills
10. A strong track record in delivering results and customer excellence
11. Commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations
12. CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential
