We're looking for someone that wants to make a real difference to the world by solving real-world problems. A love of learning new tech is essential to being a great software engineer and keeping up with the innovative work the industry has to offer. As a result, we'll give you 10 days of external training to spend how you wish, such as subscriptions to learning sites, conferences, or certifications.

Our Process
We keep our interview process simple with only two stages: a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and a 1.5-hour Teams call with two team members. We believe organic conversation is the best way to find out about someone. Recruitment is a two-way process!
Due to the role's nature, you must be a UK citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years. The role requires SC clearance or the ability to obtain it, with potential for higher-level clearance in the future, enabling participation in more exciting projects.
The role is initially remote until the highest level of clearance is obtained, after which visiting customer sites in Gloucestershire or Manchester will be required.
